Lance Triskle

Lance Triskle is an Anishinabe of Red Rock Indian Band. He’s also a faculty member in the Human Services and Community Safety portfolio at ��������. He teaches Dispute Resolution, Indigenous Justice: Advocacy and Community Development, Introduction to Criminal Law, Introduction to Security Skills, and Professional Standards for Policing.

He earned a Bachelor of Arts in English and Political Science from the University of Western Ontario, a Bachelor of Laws from Queen’s University, a Teaching and Training certificate from ��������, and a Master of Laws from Osgoode Hall Law School at York University.

Lance is a lawyer at the Bar of Ontario and member of the Law Society of Ontario. He’s also a member of the International Association for Healthcare Security & Safety.

During his major research project as part of his master’s degree, he worked in collaboration with an Indigenous organization to develop and implement a human resources policy including Indigenous dispute resolution processes.

Lance enjoys running, riding snowboards, and riding rollercoasters with his family. He continues to explore the rich features of Canada. Lance has traveled to the national capital, nine provincial capitals, two territorial capitals, and has visited more than 30 national parks and national historical sites. In addition, he has traveled to Fiji, enjoying the rainforests and standing on the International Date Line.
