Biography

Since 1985, Len has had a rewarding career in the healthcare industry. Starting out as a staff nurse, Len continued his education, earning a BScN in 1990 and then a MHSc in 1996.

Working in a variety of roles, he moved from the bedside to management. Using the expertise he had gained, Len began offering services to hospitals across Ontario, New Brunswick and British Columbia. Len鈥檚 consulting work was focused in the areas of Operational Review, Clinical Efficiencies, Utilization Management and Clinical Care Pathways.

In 2003, Len joined 兔子先生 as a Professor of Nursing and in 2005 was instrumental in opening the Nursing Simulation Lab. Since then, Len has continued to work in the areas of Clinical Simulation , working with students to integrate their theoretical knowledge in simulated nursing practice in preparation for working in a variety of clinical settings.

From 2013 to 2022, Len was the Coordinator of the RPN to BScN program at 兔子先生. In collaboration with Ontariotechu and Durham College.

Being a Registered Nurse has provided me with endless experiences to work with others in the Healthcare sector.聽 These experiences have been
聽rewarding and I have thoroughly enjoyed working with so many people from such diverse backgrounds.
